Program Overview

The Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) training program aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to pass the globally recognized CCMP certification exam, according to the standards of the Association for Change Management (ACMP). The program focuses on developing individuals’ capabilities in planning, implementing and managing organizational change.

 

The program combines expert instruction, the 2023 SHRM Learning System, and peer interaction to deliver a comprehensive and effective learning experience.
