Program Overview

The Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Program is an intensive training course designed to provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to successfully pass the PMP exam. The program is designed according to the updates of the PMBOK guide content and best practices in project management, with a focus on traditional (Predictive), agile (Agile), and hybrid (Hybrid) methodologies to meet the needs of various project management work environments.

The program combines expert instruction, the 2023 SHRM Learning System, and peer interaction to deliver a comprehensive and effective learning experience.

Program Duration:

9 days - 36 training hours.

Training Schedule:

Live synchronous online training - 4 hours daily from 6 PM to 10 PM.

Language of Instruction:

Arabic.

Understand the principles and fundamentals of project management according to the PMBOK® guide.
Apply project management methodologies in practical scenarios.

Effectively manage risks, resources, and schedules.

Day 1: Introduction to project management and the PMP certification.
Day 2: Conflict management, team building, and stakeholder relationship management.
Day 3: Monitoring and addressing challenges, and defining team ground rules.
Day 4: Planning and managing budgets and schedules.
Day 5: Managing output quality and change management.
Day 6: Planning and managing procurement and documentation.
Day 7: Assessing compliance and supporting organizational change.
Day 8: Comprehensive review and simulation tests.
Day 9: Solving practice tests and developing solution strategies.

Training Methodology:

Interactive lectures delivered by certified trainers.
Simulation of practical scenarios in project management.
Training models designed to qualify for passing the PMP exam.
