Program Overview

The Leading for Success (CCL) program is an intensive practical training offered by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) aimed at developing future leaders and building essential leadership capabilities to achieve success. The program focuses on four core skills centered around self-awareness, effective communication, continuous learning, and positive impact.

The program combines expert instruction, the 2023 SHRM Learning System, and peer interaction to deliver a comprehensive and effective learning experience.

Program Outline

Program Duration:

  • 2 days - 12 training hours

Training Schedule:

  • In-person training - 6 hours daily

Program Enrollment Requirements:

  • Basic experience and knowledge of communication and influence fundamentals and principles are preferred.
  • A computer with a stable internet connection and headphones with a microphone.
  • No prior knowledge of the topics covered is required, as the program covers all aspects.
