Program Overview

The Certified Financial and Management Accounting Associate (FMAA) Certification Training Program aims to prepare for the FMAA certification and equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully pass the certification exam. The program provides an in-depth understanding of financial and management accounting concepts, including financial data analysis and reporting, and cost-based decision-making techniques.

The program combines expert instruction, the 2023 SHRM Learning System, and peer interaction to deliver a comprehensive and effective learning experience.

Program Duration:

  • 20 days - 60 training hours.

  • Synchronous live online training - 3 hours daily.

  • Analyzing financial data using financial statements and ratios.
  • Day 10 to 12:
  • Preparing operating and financial budgets.
  • Financial planning and preparation of supporting schedules.
  • Day 13 to 15:
  • Cost management and performance analysis.
  • Applying cost systems and analyzing variances.
  • Day 16 to 17:
  • Professional ethics in accounting.
  • Addressing ethical issues and fraud cases.
  • Day 18 to 20:
  • Comprehensive review of concepts.
  • Conducting a simulation test and analyzing the results.
