Program Overview

The Certified Manager (CM) Certification Training Program is an integrated training course aimed at preparing professionals to obtain the Certified Manager certification by developing leadership, management, and planning skills. The program represents a blend of self-learning through comprehensive training modules and live training designed to reinforce acquired concepts, and focuses on enhancing the core competencies that managers need to achieve organizational excellence.

The program combines expert instruction, the 2023 SHRM Learning System, and peer interaction to deliver a comprehensive and effective learning experience.

Program Outline

Program Duration:

  • 6 weeks - 15 in-person days - 60 in-person training hours.

Training Schedule:

  • In-person and remote - 4 hours daily from 6 PM to 9 PM.

  • Day 4: Evaluation of management styles and development of self-strategies.
  • Day 5: Managing a small project using acquired skills.
  • Planning and Organizing Curriculum:
  • Day 6: Building a strategic plan and conducting a SWOT analysis for a project.
  • Day 7: Formulating organizational objectives and practical operational plans.
  • Day 8: Managing resources and designing small organizational structures.
  • Day 9: Delegating tasks effectively and preparing schedules.
  • Day 10: Developing a comprehensive organizational plan for a simulated organization.
  • Leadership and Control Curriculum:
  • Day 11: Practical training on leadership styles and team motivation.
  • Day 12: Providing feedback and building trust within the team.
  • Day 13: Performance evaluation and implementation of effective control plans.
  • Day 14: Practical simulation of crisis management and risk management.
  • Day 15: Final project integrating concepts from all three curricula.
