The Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) program is an intensive training course that focuses on providing professionals with the essential skills to design, implement, and evaluate effective solutions that support the achievement of organizational goals, making participants more prepared to face challenges in changing work environments. - 8 weeks - 8 attendance days - 32 training hours.
Training Schedule:
- Blended learning: 11.5 hours online - 20.5 hours in-person.
