The Competency-Based Interviewing Program is a training course designed to develop participants’ skills in conducting effective competency-based interviews. The program focuses on analyzing the past performance and acquired behaviors of potential job candidates, and assessing their suitability for future roles, using methodologies such as STAR.

Program Outline
Program Duration:
- 5 days - 15 training hours.
Training Schedule:
- Live synchronous online training - 3 hours daily from 6 PM to 9 PM.
Language of Instruction:
- Arabic.

- Understand competency standards and their role in the recruitment process.
- Design effective interview questions using the STAR methodology.
- Develop active listening skills and challenge management.
- Evaluate candidate performance using objective criteria.
- Improve the accuracy and transparency of the recruitment process.

- Day 1: Introduction to competency-based interviews, definition of competency and its importance.
- Day 2: Preparing interview questions, designing questions using the STAR methodology.
- Day 3: Effective interviewing skills, challenge management, and active listening.
- Day 4: Evaluating candidate performance, recording and analyzing behavioral evidence.
- Day 5: Practical application and final evaluation, comprehensive interview simulation.
