Program Overview

Microsoft Office Specialist Certification Preparation is a training course that qualifies participants to obtain international accreditation proving their competencies in using Microsoft Office applications. The training provides an interactive experience that enhances practical skills and prepares participants to pass the certification exams with confidence, contributing to the development of their abilities to use Microsoft Office applications and maximize their benefit in their professional lives.

The program combines expert instruction, the 2023 SHRM Learning System, and peer interaction to deliver a comprehensive and effective learning experience.

  • 15 days - 64 training hours.

  • Synchronous live online training - 4 hours daily.

  • Improve technical skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Create professional documents using Word.
  • Analyze data using Excel.
  • Design engaging presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Manage email and tasks using Outlook.

  • Practice scenarios similar to MOS exams.
  • Apply acquired knowledge in trial simulation tests.

  • Day 1: Learning to create a new document using Microsoft Word.
  • Day 2: Understanding formats and inserting images and tables in Word.
  • Day 3: Practicing headers, footers, and templates in Word.
  • Day 4: Entering data and simple formulas in Excel.
  • Day 5: Creating charts and applying conditional formatting in Excel.
  • Day 6: Learning pivot tables and advanced formulas in Excel.
  • Day 7: Managing data using advanced Excel tools.
  • Day 8: Creating presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Day 9: Enhancing presentations using effects.
  • Day 10: Focusing on advanced transitions in PowerPoint.
  • Day 11: Managing email using Outlook.
  • Day 12: Creating basic databases and tables using Access.
  • Day 13: Creating queries and reports to analyze data in Access.
  • Day 14: Comprehensive review of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Day 15: Review of Outlook and Access skills with a trial simulation test.
  • Day 16: Conducting a comprehensive trial test for all applications.

  • Accredited by the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) - which provides support that allows for full reimbursement of the program fees.
