Program Overview

The Organizational Development Program is a training course aimed at developing the skills necessary to analyze organizations and design and implement organizational change strategies. The program focuses on empowering participants to improve organizational performance and build a supportive organizational culture that supports the achievement of strategic goals.

The program combines expert instruction, the 2023 SHRM Learning System, and peer interaction to deliver a comprehensive and effective learning experience.

Program Outline

Program Duration:

  • 5 days - 15 training hours.

  • Live synchronous online training - 3 hours daily from 6 PM to 9 PM.
