The Organizational Development Program is a training course aimed at developing the skills necessary to analyze organizations and design and implement organizational change strategies. The program combines expert instruction, the 2023 SHRM Learning System, and peer interaction to deliver a comprehensive and effective learning experience.

Program Duration:
- 5 days - 15 training hours.

- Live synchronous online training - 3 hours daily from 6 PM to 9 PM.
