Program Overview

The Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) Certification Training Course is a specialized training course aimed at enabling professionals in the field of talent development to successfully pass the CPTD exam. The program covers all areas of knowledge and skills associated with the Talent Development Capability Model, preparing participants to apply effective talent development solutions and efficiently support organizational development.

The program combines expert instruction, the 2023 SHRM Learning System, and peer interaction to deliver a comprehensive and effective learning experience.

Program Outline

Program Duration:

  • 11 weeks – 49 training hours.

Training Schedule:

  • Blended learning: remote training (21.5 hours) and in-person training (27.5 hours).

  • Week 1: Building Personal Capability (communication skills and emotional intelligence).
  • Week 2: Conflict management, cultural awareness, and inclusion.
  • Week 3: Developing Professional Capability (learning science and instructional design).
  • Week 4: Developing Professional Capability (technology and knowledge management).
  • Week 5: Professional Leadership (career path development and evaluation).
  • Week 6: Impacting Organizational Capability (business acumen and partnerships).
  • Weeks 7 to 11: Intensive exam preparation through simulation tests.

  • Interactive remote and in-person lectures.

  • Evaluative simulation tests.

  • Accredited by the Association for Talent Development (ATD), a leading global organization dedicated to talent development and training. ATD aims to enhance the growth of individuals and organizations through its training solutions and professional certifications.
  • Accredited by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), a government entity that contributes to achieving Saudi Vision 2030 by empowering national cadres with advanced technical and training programs, to enhance employment opportunities and build a skills- and competency-based economy.

Program Enrollment Requirements:

  • Participants must have at least five years of experience in talent development to enroll in the standard track.
  • For the APTD track, participants must have more than four years of experience in talent development.
  • The ATD Master track requires participants to have more than five years of experience and have completed the ATD Master Series within the past five years.
  • A computer with a stable internet connection, headphones, and a microphone.
  • No advanced knowledge is required, as the program covers all aspects.
