The Certified Supervisor (CS) Certification Training Program is a comprehensive blended training course that combines self-learning through the online platform provided by the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM) and in-person practical training. The program aims to qualify trainees to pass the Certified Supervisor (CS) certification exam. The program focuses on developing essential supervisory skills, including leadership, team management, effective communication, and performance management, and helps participants apply modern supervisory practices to achieve organizational goals efficiently.
The program combines expert instruction, the 2023 SHRM Learning System, and peer interaction to deliver a comprehensive and effective learning experience.
Program Outline
Program Duration:
- 8 weeks - 5 in-person days - 20 in-person training hours.
Training Schedule:
- In-person and remote training - 3 hours daily from 6 PM to 9 PM.
