The Professional Human Resources Certification Training Program (SHRM CP/SCP) is a comprehensive training course that achieves a strategy for professionals seeking internationally accredited certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). The program focuses on enhancing the knowledge and skills necessary for modern human resources management based on the SHRM BASK™ framework.
The program combines expert instruction, the 2023 SHRM Learning System, and peer interaction to deliver a comprehensive and effective learning experience.
Program Outline
Course Duration:
- 9 weeks - 20 training days - 60 training hours.
Training Schedule:
- Synchronous live online training - 3 hours daily from 6 PM to 9 PM.
Language of Instruction:
- Arabic and English.

- Day 1: Introduction to SHRM BASK™, SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certifications, and the SHRM certification learning system.
- Day 2: HR competencies and individual ethical practices.
- Day 3: Emotional intelligence and the role of individual consulting and evaluation.
- Day 4: HR competencies and professional relationships between individuals.
- Day 5: Learning effectiveness, culture, and individual communication.
- Day 6: HR strategies and organizational talent acquisition and retention.
- Day 7: Employee performance, job engagement, and organizational learning and professional development.
- Day 8: Comprehensive employee rewards and their organizational impact.
- Day 9: HR structure and legal and ethical standards in the workplace.
- Day 10: Workforce management, working conditions and relationships, and HR technology for optimal work practices.
- Day 11: Diversity and inclusion, work risk management, and corporate social responsibility.
- Day 12: Comprehensive review and discussion, and an evaluative simulation test to prepare trainees for the final exam.

- Interactive lectures to enhance theoretical understanding.
- Case studies and practical exercises.
- Assessment tests and simulation tests.

- Accredited by the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf), which provides support that allows for full reimbursement of the program fees.
- This course qualifies and prepares you well to pass the SHRM exam and obtain certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), which are internationally recognized professional certifications based on global standards to support excellence in HR management.

Course Enrollment Requirements:
- Experience and knowledge of HR fundamentals and concepts are preferred.
